Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that investigation is still pending. 3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
