This petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Revision No. 1285 of 2022 which was dismissed on 29.11.2024 due to non-compliance of order dated 17.02.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the time for removal of defects in the criminal revision was extended vide order dated 25.10.2024 in Cr. M.P. No. 1744 of 2024, but still due to inadvertence, one of the defects could not be removed. He submits that the time for removal of defects in the criminal revision be extended for a week. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, time for removal of defects in Cr. Revision No. 1285 of 2022 as granted vide order dated 17.02.2024 and further extended vide order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr. M.P. No. 1744 of 2024 is extended till 04.07.2025. 5. If the defects in the criminal revision is removed within extended time, office is directed to place the Cr. Revision No. 1285 of 2022 before appropriate Bench as per roster. 6. This Cr. M.P.
