The absence of learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 for today’s hearing is obviously to evade compliance with the directions given by this Court in order dated 28.04.2026. 2. The petitioner came to be admitted to an interim pre-arrest bail in terms of an order dated 09.12.2025 which kept on extending for all subsequent dates and is lasting even as on date. 3. The petitioner is said to have been summoned by the Investigating Officer concerned in connection with the investigation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as also the petitioner present in person informs this Court that the petitioner attended the investigation in the Police Station, Poonch by appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned and to that effect even furnished personal as well as bail bond. The petitioner is said to have last attended the investigation in February, 2026, whereafter he was never summoned or called by the Investigating Officer to appear and attend the investigation. 6. In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is of view that the interim pre-arrest bail granted in terms of order dated 09.12.2025 needs to be made absolute by admitting the petitioner to regular bail in FIR No. 0186/2025 dated 09.10.2025 subject to furnishing the personal as well as surety bonds in the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- each before the Investigating Officer concerned on or before 12.06.2026 along with production of a certified copy of this order. 7. Investigating Officer concerned shall be well within his right to subject the petitioner to terms and conditions related to attending the ongoing investigation of the case. 8. The petitioner to ensure that he, in no manner, subjects the respondent No. 2 to any undue influence, intimidation or coercion in order to get her from pursuing her complaint and FIR against the petitioner. 9.
