Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The petitioners have preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the District Magistrate, Allahabad to take action against the revenue authority in pursuance the order dated 19.1.20211." 2. From the perusal of the record it transpires that the copy of the order dated 19.01.20211 is not annexed with the writ petition. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for dismissal of the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition annexing the copy of the aforesaid order. 4. Learned standing counsel for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. The prayer so made is allowed. 6.
