Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his name has been not included in the voter list of the village Khairkhunt Tehsil Tilda, District-Raipur and for which the petitioner has submitted a representation (Annexure P/3) to the Collector Raipur on 17.02.2025. He submit that the representation is still pending and the name of the petitioner has not been included in the voter list of village Khairkhunt Tehsil Tilda, District-Raipur. 2. Learned State counsel and counsel appearing for the Election Commission would submit that the Election Commission has framed a programme for submission of application for inclusion and deletion of the name and the last date was 18.01.2025, whereas the present representation has been filed by the petitioner on 17.02.2025, the same shall be considered in accordance with law for the next session/election and the name of the petitioner will be considered. 3 3. I have heard both the parties and perused the representation submitted by the petitioner (Annexure P/3) dated 17.02.2025. 4. The petitioner has submitted an application for inclusion of her name in the voter list of Khairkhunt Tehsil Tilda, District-Raipur. It is directed that the Collector shall take appropriate steps for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the voter list of village Khairkhunt Tehsil Tilda, District-Raipur by considering the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. 5.
