The present application has been filed on behalf of above named petitioner for initiation of contempt proceeding as well as for award of suitable punishment to the contemnor/opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 04.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11877 of 2015 (Badrinath Prasad s/o late Chandeshwar Patna High Court MJC No.4599 of 2018(3) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 Ram Vs. The State of Bihar and Others) by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay. A copy of order dated 04.10.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11877 of 2015 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 to this application. 3. Learned counsel for the State has taken this Court to Paragraph-12 of the show cause filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 7 to show that the order stands complied and reasoned order has been passed vide order dated 22.11.2017. He further submits that the order in question has already been challenged in C.W.J.C. No. 5563 of 2018. 4.
