JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 25-02-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present quashing petition filed with vague prayer that the learned trial court is to be directed to expedite the proceeding of matrimonial case no. 60/2023, which was filed by the petitioner against opposite party no. 2 for restitution of their marriage under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 3. The aforesaid matrimonial suit was instituted in year 2023. From the perusal of order sheet, it appears that the evidence of appellant/petitioner was closed on 16.11.2024 and the matter was fixed for the examination of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4667 of 2025 dt.25-02-2025 2/2 opposite party no. 2/wife. It appears that on 07.12.2024 opposite party no. 2 filed a petition under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for maintenance pendente lite and expenses of proceedings, whereafter with oblique motive with intention to delay, the present quashing petition filed with vague prayer as to expedite the matter, without having any occasion. 4.
