Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Devipur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) a/ 25(6)/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Alok Marandi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Deoghar. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 464 of 2025 by order dated 23.01.2025. 4. On 23.11.2024 at about 1.20 a.m., Devipur Police apprehended the petitioner. On search, a country made pistol and a live cartridge are alleged to have been recovered from his possession. 5. Learned A.P.P submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as two other cases. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
