(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 30.04.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that vide office order dated 27.03.2025, mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with.
2. Having perused office order dated 27.03.2025 annexed with the afore communication, which are taken on record, it clearly suggests that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, petitioner herein has been given regularization
2 from the date of his initial appointment. Besides above, he has also been released due and admissible benefits.
3. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Notice issued to the respondents are discharged.
