GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4, in proposing to convert the water tank situated in Sy.Nos.192/3 and 192/4 of Rudravaram Village, Atchampet Mandal, Guntur District, with the intent to issue house site pattas over the said lands. 2. This Court, on 17.03.2020, directed the respondents to maintain Status- quo in respect of lands in dispute. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted instructions vide Rc.No.158/2025-A, dated 08.03.2025, issued by the Tahsildar, Atchampet. 4. Upon perusal of the instructions, it is clear that the subject lands in Sy.Nos.192/3 and 192/4 of Rudravarm Village, Atchampet Mandal, Guntur District, were neither proposed nor identified for the purpose of allotment of house sites. The instructions vide Rc.No.158/2025-A, dated 08.03.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar, Atchampet is placed on record. 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
