Perusal of the record reveals that the suit was dismissed for non-prosecution and it was restored only in the year 2022. 4. Having regard to the huge pendency of cases before the Civil Court at Haridwar, this Court is not inclined to fix any time line for deciding the suit. 5. The writ petition, however, is disposed of with a request to Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit at an early date. 6. Unnecessary adjournments to the parties should be avoided.
