Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.r. dated 30.08.2025 bearing case crime no.516 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 324(4), 309(4), 151(2), 351(2), 308(2) Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 7 Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
