Serial No. 02 SUPPLEMENTARY LIST IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU (Through Virtual Mode) From Srinagar Wing BAIL APP 176/2025 MUSTAFA SAYED …Petitioner/Appellant(s) Through: Mr. F.A. Natnoo, Advocate Vs. UT OF J AND K TH SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE POONCH AND ANR. ...Respondent(s) Through: None CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 03.12.2025 1. Nemo for respondents. 2. Despite repeated opportunities respondents have chosen not to file response to the application of the petitioner. It appears that respondents are not interested to contest this application rather it transpires that in terms of order dated 02-07-2025, when the petitioner was given interim protection from arrest, the respondents were represented by Mr. Eishaan Dadhichi, ld. GA, who had accepted notice and sought time to file objections. 3. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the co-accused have already been granted regular bail by the Trial Court and that after obtaining interim protection the petitioner too has joined the investigation. 4. Given the nature of offence committed and the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner as well as reluctance on the part of the respondents to file reply and contest the bail matter, this application is allowed and interim protection already granted on 02-07-2025 is made absolute on the condition laid thereto. Petitioner, however, shall remain present during the trial and the Trial Court is at liberty to impose further condition, if any, for due appearance of the petitioner for the purposes of trial. Copy of the order shall be conveyed to the Trial Court as well as to the PS concerned. 5. Disposed of as such. (SANJAY PARIHAR) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 03.12.2025 Akhil Dev
