The charge has not been handed over to another person. Fresh order has been made over to Shri Mahesh Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. The cause on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. The writ petition is dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the fresh order which has been passed.
