Present application has been filed for quashing the chargesheet dated 7.5.2023 as well as cognizance and summoning order dated 26.3.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha in Case No. 367 of 2025 (State vs. Shashank Urf Bheem) arising out of Case Crime No. 604 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307 IPC, P.S. Amroha Nagar District Amroha pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amroha. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant confines his argument that a direction be issued to the learned court concerned that the bail application of the applicant be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. Learned AGA appearing for the State respondents has no objection to the aforesaid. 5. In view of the above, it is provided that if the applicant appears before the court concerned within six weeks from today, the learned Court concerned shall consider the application for bail of the applicant expeditiously in accordance with law. 6. For a period of six weeks or the applicant appears before the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Dinesh Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Shashank Urf Bheem .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) court concerned, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case.
