Petitioner wants sanction of electricity load of 10 Horse Power on her private tube-wel. On the previous occasion, this Court permitted the respondents to obtain instructions in the matter. The respondents have submitted estimate, as per which, a sum of Rs. 1,64,330/- is required to be deposited by the petitioner. Petitioner submits that she is willing to pay such amount, but the respondents are forcing the petitioner to obtain NOC from the NHAI or other State Authorities, which is beyond her ability. Sri Manu Ghildyal for the respondent states that the department is likely to route the electricity cables in such a way that it has not to cross the National Highway. Once that be so, we dispose of this petition with the observation that if the petitioner deposits the estimated amount, the respondents shall ensure that the electricity connection of the desired load is made available to the petitioner, within six weeks, thereafter.
