Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.618 dated 30.09.2023 (P-1), registered under Sections 323, 324, and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, ‘IPC’) [Section 307 IPC added later on] at Police Station City Ballabgarh, District Faridabad.
2. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition, “at this stage”.
