Case No. 316/2024 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 50/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/61(2) of B.N.S, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Session Judge-I, Sahibganj. 3 . The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 9530/2024 vide order dated 17.12.2024. 4. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Varsha Rani who died in her matrimonial home due to Asphyxia because of hanging within seven years of her marriage. It is alleged that she was tortured to enforce the demand of dowry. 5. Learned P.P on behalf of the State has submitted that on the date of death of the deceased, she has called the informant and expressed her apprehension that she would be murdered. 6. Report regarding the stage of trial from the learned Trial Court, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that charge has yet not been framed in this case till date. 7. Considering the entire gamut of the prosecution case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected once again at this stage. 8.
