The writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following relief:- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the case no.11451/2024, computerized case no.T2024150311451 (Vimlawati Vs Shivkumari) pending before the respondent no.2 i.e.-Tehsildar, Ballia, Ballia within some stipulated period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide Case No.11451 of 2024 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide Case No.11451 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
