By this petition, the petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to identify and demarcate the land of the petitioner falling under survey no. 1298 measuring 21 kanals and 14 marlas, survey no. 1299 measuring 03 kanals and 12 marlas 06 sirsai, survey no. 1309 land measuring 03 kanals and 12 marlas, survey no. 1310 land measuring 01 kanals and 16 marlas, survey no. 1311 measuring 06 kanals and 11 marlas and survey no. 1312 measuring 04 kanals and 06 marlas, total land measuring 62 kanals and 19 marlas, to the extent of share of the petitioner, situated at Village Galhutti Tehsil Manjakote District Rajouri. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 17.10.2025, he made a representation before respondent no. 2 for identification and demarcation of the land supra, however, no heed has been paid to the representation of the petitioner till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied, if the instant petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner for identification and demarcation of his land, within a reasonable period of time.
4. Ms. Chetna Manhas, Advocate states that she is not averse to the propositions being made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of, at its threshold, with a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to accord consideration to the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2025 within four weeks from the date a copy of this order is made available to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order thereon.
