JUSTICE A.GUNESHWAR SHARMA 27.5.2025 The applicant, Mutum Jamini Devi, filed the present application for impleading as respondent No.4 inn WP(C) No.331 of 2024 on the ground that she was the Joint Secretary of the Manipur Mountaineering & Trekking Association and as such she will be a necessary party in the present writ petition. Mr.Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Ch.Sundari, learned Government Advocate have no objection. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Ms.Mutum Jamini Devi is impleaded as respondent No.4 in WP(C) No.331 of 2024. Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the Memo of parties in the writ petition. Mr.Albert Keisham, learned counsel for the newly impleaded respondent No.4 prays for two weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit. List this case on 18.6.2025.
