HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 21231 of 2025 Court No. - 42 HON'BLE J.J. MUNIR, J. HON'BLE PRAMOD KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Mr. Dinesh Kumar Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioners at substantial length in support of the motion to admit this petition and Mr. S. S. Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State Upon a reading of the impugned F.I.R., it is evident that the petitioners have cheated the first informant of money, which she raised in some part out of her own resources and in some through a loan, conniving with the financier also and sold a plot of land to the informant which did not belong to the vendors at all. The informant could not take possession of the plot or get title to it in consequence of the petitioners' act of cheating. All the four petitioners have acted in concert prima facie to cheat the fourth respondent. In the circumstances, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned F.I.R. This petition is summarily dismissed. September 19, 2025 Vijay Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. (Pramod Kumar Srivastava,J.) (J.J. Munir,J.)
