Ganjhu, A.P.P. --- 03 / 07.08.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(1), 115(1), 109(1), 324 (5), 324(6), 308(4) and 326(f) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 02.12.2024, Hyva of the informant was set ablaze by four unknown persons near N.H.-22, Bhaisadon, Balumath. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was not put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Manoj Kumar Thakur who has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 1422 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S.
