Gangester and Anti Social Activities Act, 1986, Police Station Kotwali Deoria, District Deoria, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge/Special Session Judge (Gangester Act) Court Room No. 5, Deoria within a stipulated time or in a time frame. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
