By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- ”(A)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, calling for the original record and pleased to quash the impugned advertisement dated 13/06/2025 {Annexure No.1} issued by the respondent No.7 (The Manager of Janta Purv Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Bara, Rudrapur District Udham Singh Nagar) and further be pleased to quash subsequent proceedings including entire process also in pursuance to the impugned advertisement in toto. (B)To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the Mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents to the effect that they shall start and proceed with the old stalled recruitment process of July 2022 for fulfilling the vacancy of Assistant Teacher Hindi, Pay Scale 44900-142400 {Level-7) Post 01, General Category vide the advertisement dated 28 July 2022 and complete said recruitment process within shortest period of one month.” 4. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above.
