1. Upon coming of the instant contempt petition for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the salary of the petitioner stands sanctioned for the period w.e.f. 18.04.2024 till December 2024 and a cheque in this regard has been made available by the respondents/contemnors. The said cheque amounting to Rs. 1,84,937/- is handed over by learned counsel for the respondents to petitioner in the open court and according to the learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors, the petitioner has not worked with the respondents after December 2024, as such, no salary/wages are payable to him thereafter. Besides the learned counsel for the respondents would also submit that a detailed consideration
order in this regard stands passed by the respondents/contemnors accompanying the statement of facts dated 09.07.2025 filed in response to the petition.

Be that as it may, having regard to the judgment and order non compliance of which has been alleged in the instant contempt petition and also the statement of facts filed by the respondents/contemnors including the consideration order dated 09.07.2025, copy whereof is stated to have been received by learned S. No. 82

counsel for the petitioner, the respondents/contemnors seemingly have complied with the judgment and order.
3. Under these circumstances notice issued in this contempt petition is recalled and proceedings are closed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order of consideration, if cause is available and if so advised.
