HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - B No. - 3836 of 2025 Court No. - 50 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J. The petitioner has made an application to the District Magistrate asserting that in pursuance of orders passed by consolidation authorities, proceedings under Rule 109 of the U.P.C.H. Rules were taken out. In the aforesaid proceedings by order dated 05.11.1993 the competent authority in Case No. 126 directed the mutation in the revenue records. However, the maps have not been corrected till date. The prayer before the District Magistrate was to get the maps corrected in light of the orders passed by the consolidation authorities as well as the order under Rule 109 of the U.P.C.H. Rules. The petitioner has an alternative and an efficacious remedy of taking out proceedings under the competent authority under appropriate provisions of the U.P.C.H. Act. The U.P.C.H. Act is a complete Code. It will not be in the interest of justice to bypass the adjudication by the competent authorities and directly entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. September 26, 2025 Vandit Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Uma Nath Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Ajay Bhanot,J.)
