Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated August 23, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner dated August 23, 2024 within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
