It is second anticipatory bail petition. It is alleged that there was seizure of 210 kg of tobacco products. The arrested persons have implicated this petitioner as the mastermind behind the crime. 3. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the co-accused granted bail and that is the change of circumstances in this case, which has prompted to file the second anticipatory bail application. 4. Considering the above facts of the case and the statement of the co- accused, this petitioner, being the crime behind the crime, is likely to abscond and there is every possibility of recurrence of the crime. 5.
