The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 498/2024, for the offence registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 8884/2024 vide order dated 17.12.2024. 4. On 26.04.2024, theft was committed in BSNL Tower, installed in village Jabra, from where several batteries were stolen. During the course of investigation, the stolen batteries were recovered from the godown of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about one year. 6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 7. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
