The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the appointment of respondent no.5 as Anganwadi Sevika at Center no.108, Gram Panchayat- Rahatmina, Block- Kursakanta, District- Araria and appoint the petitioner on the same. 3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the remedy to the petitioner lies before the Original Authority under the relevant margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika, which Patna High Court CWJC No.18675 of 2012(4) dt.28-04-2025 2/2 has yet not been exhausted by the petitioner and she has moved directly before this Hon’ble Court. 4. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the Original Authority under the relevant margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika if, cause of action still survives.
