The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for modification of order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 706 of 2025. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in the cause title of MCRC No. 706 of 2025, the details of the applicant Rahul Yadav is wrongly mentioned as Rahul Yadav, S/o Lahru Rautiya, Aged about 22 years, R/o Village Basairtoli, P.S. Chainpur, District- Gumla, Jharkand whereas the correct details of the present petitioner is Rahul Yadav, S/o Devnarayan Yadav, aged about 22 years, R/o Dindayal Colony, near Budhimai Temple, P.S. City Kotwali, District- Raigarh (C.G.). 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. Perusal of record shows that the details of the applicant in MCRC No. 706 of 2025 has been wrongly mentioned in cause title. 5. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. is allowed and the order dated 10.02.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 706 of 2025 stands modified to extent of details of the applicant in cause title. 6.
