This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.4.2025 passed by the Add. Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No.2, Bulandshahar by which application filed by the defendant-petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. has been rejected. 3. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
