The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1200/- from the defacto complainant with knife point. Hence the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been granted bail on 21.08.2025, before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. 4.
