By way of filing instant writ petition, challenge has been made by petitioners to the interlocutory order dated 04.12.2024 passed by the Appellate Tribunal, JDA, Jaipur in appeal No.994/2024, rejecting the prayer of interim stay. In addition, challenge has also been made to the proceedings of sealing of premises of petitioners, commenced by the JDA on 22.02.2025. 2. Counsel for petitioners, during course of arguments, does not press his prayer against the rejection of the interim stay, however, prays for a liberty to challenge the subsequent order of [2025:RJ-JP:11109] (2 of 2) [CW-3495/2025] sealing dated 22.02.2025 before the Appellate Tribunal, JDA itself in the pending appeal, whereby and whereunder premises of petitioner has been sealed. 3. In view of above, without interference to the impugned order dated 04.12.2024 and without considering the merits/ demerits of the proceedings of sealing commenced w.e.f. 22.02.2025, instant writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. 4.
