JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 454, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 17.07.2022 at about 10 PM while the informant was sitting at his door, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners armed with lathi, danda and iron rod, came and assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that accused persons also disrobed daughter-in-law and snatched her gold chain. Accused persons also took away gold chain and watch from the son of informant. The occurrence took place due Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4939 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 to dispute over irrigating the field. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are co-villagers and alleged incident occurred on account of petty dispute over irrigating the field. There is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. There is no injury report on record. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
