HON'BLE SWARUPAMA CHATURVEDI, J. Heard Sri Rahul Kumar Sharma learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Pradeep Kumar Sahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved by the report submitted by respondent no. 3 to respondent no. 2 as according to him, the report is not only self contradictory but based on false facts.
