Heard Ms. Pragya Mani Tripathi, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Kaushal Kishore Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to pass the appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner. Copy of the same is annexed as Annexure No.(7) to the present petition. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application for selection/appointment as fair price shop dealer under dying in harness rules. It is further argued that though the petitioner has filed the aforesaid application for appointment as fair price shop dealer, in place of her deceased husband namely, Late Vindhyachal Singh, but till date no final decision has been taken by the authorities. 4. In response to the above, learned Standing counsel appearing for State respondent submits that the respondent no.3 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. In view of the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the facts of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no.2- District Supply Officer, District Gorakhpur, within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same within a period of six weeks thereafter in accordance with law. 7.
