This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking disposal of the main petition as infructuous, in view of order dated 09.04.2025, passed by respondent No.3 – Sub Divisional Magistrate, Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. II. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the interim order challenged before this Court, has already been culminated into final order dated 09.04.2025, whereby, proceedings have already been dropped by respondent No.3 – Sub Divisional Magistrate, Banga, District SBS Nagar, initiated u/s 145 Cr.P.C. Thus, learned counsel submits that the present petition may be disposed of, having been rendered infructuous. III. Notice of this application. IV.
