Challenging the action of respondents in insisting the petitioner to vacate from the portion of his agricultural land in an extent of Ac.0.40 cents out of Ac.1.28 cents in Sy.No.83/1 of Puppalavarigudem Revenue Village, Lingapalem Mandal, West Godavari District, without following due procedure, the present writ petition is filed. 3. The 4th respondent-Tahsildar filed counter affidavit. A perusal of the same reflects that the respondents have never proposed for issuance of house site pattas in respect of the subject land and they have never interfered with the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in possession and he is still cultivating the land. 4. In view of the above submissions made by the Tahsildar, no further directions are required to be passed in the writ petition. 5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
