This contempt petition was filed alleging disobedience of order dated 28.08.2024, passed in WPSB No. 530 of 2024, whereby Secretary, Ayush was directed to take decision on petitioners’ representation within two weeks. 4. Learned State Counsel was asked to get instructions in the matter. Today, he has produced in Court an order passed by Secretary, Ayush on 10.09.2025, copy whereof is also handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Perusal of the order passed by Secretary, Ayush reveals that the claim of the petitioners for benefit of Government Order dated 26.12.2023 has been rejected. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is no compliance of the order passed by Writ Court and the claim of the petitioners ought to have been allowed. 7. Since there was no direction to take a positive decision in favour of the petitioners and only direction was to take decision on the representation, therefore, the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners cannot be accepted. 8. Since, the order stands complied with, therefore, the contempt petition is closed.
