Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2/Board of Revenue, U .P. at Prayagraj through its member to decide the Revision No.2896 of 2018 (Having Computerized Case No.AL20180257002896) (Jay Chand Bahadur vs. Hitesh & others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before him; within some stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by respondent No.3 is pending before respondent No.2/Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj since 2018. He further submitted that husband of petitioner was opposite party No.2. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2/Board of Revenue at Prayagraj to decide the aforementioned revision No.2896 of 2018 (Having Computerized Case No.AL20180257002896) considering all the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anant Kumar Tiwari, Ram Prakash Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Dirgaj .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) pending applications in the proceeding in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
