Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.59 dated 28.08.2013, under Sections 452, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Bholath, District Kapurthala, and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the ground that complainant has not supported the prosecution version. 2. Admittedly, petitioner was abroad and thereupon, he did not appear to join the proceedings in FIR No.59 dated 28.08.2013, under Sections 452, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Bholath, District Kapurthala. 3.
