Instant contempt application has been filed with the plea that the authority concerned has not properly decided the claim of the applicant afresh in compliance of the order dated 9.4.2025 passed by this court in Writ-A No.44294 of 2016. 2. Perusal of the record evinces that the concerned authorities has decided the representation of the applicant vide order dated 18.7.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant is trying to assail the legality and validity of the aforesaid order dated 18.7.2025; however, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in separate writ petition. 3. In my considered opinion instant contempt application is not maintainable in the eye of law as the order dated 9.4.2025 passed by this court has been complied with by the concerned authority. 4.
