Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19817 of 2025 date 14.07.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused in this case was already released on bail who was similarly placed accused and prays to grant bail. He further submitted that there is change in circumstances since co-accused is released on bail. 4. I have gone through the co-accused order in Crl.O.P.No.10375 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 and it is found that co-accused though who was ranked as A6 was granted bail. Though it is found that the petitioner is also similarly placed and having one more previous case of similar in nature and the petitioner’s earlier bail order was dismissed on 14.07.2025 which is subsequent to the earlier bail order passed in favour of the co-accused. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 24625 of 2025 5.
