Patni, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 makes a statement at the bar that the Nagar Panchayat, after due deliberation has decided to delete condition mentioned in Clause No. 14 of the tender notice, which requires experience of minimum five years in three different Urban Local Bodies, of door-to-door collection of garbage and other conditions, mentioned in 2025:UHC:7033-DB Clause No. 14 of the tender notice. 7. Mr. S.K. Mandal, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that, in view of the decision taken by Nagar Panchayat, he has been instructed not to press the writ petition. 8.
