Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No.2-Additional Collector (Judicial), District-Bhadohi to decide the restoration application of petitioner, pending before him within stipulated period in case no.D201816670000590 (Tamajjul Husain and others Vs. Gulshan Devi and others) under section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A.& L.R. Act." 2. It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act before respondent no.2- Additional Collector (Judicial), District- Bhadohi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Additional Collector (Judicial), District- Bhadohi to decide the restoration application pending in proceedings under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
