Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to summoning order dated 20.06.2023 u/s 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC against applicant in Complaint Case No.806 of 2022 pending before the court of Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli and set aside the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.806 of 2022. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicant to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the trial court is directed to decide the bail application of the applicant in terms of decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another (2021) 10 SCC 773. 5. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).
