By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 17.11.2023, in WP(C) No. 381/2021, operative portion whereof reads thus: “With the consensus of learned counsel for the parties, presentpetitionisdisposed with a direction to the respondents to consider the release of admittedliability amount of Rs. 20.5174 lacs along with interest, subject totheverification of bills and provided there is no legal CCP (S) No. 14/2025 impediment. The entireexercise shall be carried out within a period of six weeks from the date copy ofthis order is made available to the respondents.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, wherein it is stated that the claim of the petitioner has been examined by the respondents- department and found the same devoid of any merit, accordingly rejected. The respondents have passed detailed speaking order dated 20.05.2025, which is annexed with the compliance report. 3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order passed by this Court on 17.11.2023, has been complied with, in its letter and spirit. 4. In view of the above, order of this Court stands complied with, therefore, proceedings in this petition are closed.
