The case of the prosecution is that petitioner snatched 10 sovereigns gold chain and took Rs.15,000/- from the defacto complainant pant pocket and Rs.20,000/- from the dash board and abducted the defacto complainant and demanded Rs.5 lakhs from him. Hence, the case. 3. Heard both sides. 4. Considering the fact that stolen property is not recovered yet and also A4 is still absconding. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
